IRS Phishing Scam

One of the better scams

I received this email the other day...

 

 and was curious as the timing was nearly correct. I had just sent in my tax return for the Oct. 15th extension deadline and received a legitimate refund. My first thought was that the IRS discovered a mistake and was refunding me further (forever the optimist, I am). Upon clicking the link in the email I was brought to this site:

A pretty good fake! The URL is a dead give away but all the other links on the site are pointing back to the IRS site.
